1. Notice of appointment cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance
2. Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore, and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
3. We love kids, however, we encourage clients to arrange baby-sitting in advance to fully enjoy our services.
4. Children under eight years old that arc not receiving service will not be allowed in the spa area for their safety and the safety of others.
5. Customers are responsible for their jewelry and personal belongings with you when moving to different stations.
6. Refrain from shaving your legs at least 24 hours before getting pedicures.
7. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to give 18% to 20% gratuity to your service provider. We apologize that gratuities may not be placed on credit cards.
